The hostingwas initially awarded to Indianapolis but it was later relocated to Atlanta because of the fact that Indianapolis are hosting the entire 2021 NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball Tournament.

The NBA All-Star Weekend2021 will be held for the first time on one night, with on-court action starting at 6:30 PM (ET). First, theSkills Challenge and the3-Point Contest arescheduled to begin right away at 6:30 PM (ET), prior to the game. Whilst, the coverage of the NBA All-Star Game will begin at8:00PM(ET), with theSlam Dunk Contest set during the half-time.
