NFL News: Mike Tomlin gets another key weapon for Aaron Rodgers in case quarterback signs with Steelers

Mike Tomlin and the Pittsburgh Steelers continue to gain depth at the wide receiver position during free agency. While waiting to sign Aaron Rodgers, a report from Adam Schefter confirms that Scotty Miller will play for the team.

According to Schefter’s information, Miller’s contract would be for one year, joining names like DK Metcalf, George Pickens, and Calvin Austin. The big question is whether Cooper Kupp is still on Omar Khan’s radar.

The Steelers haven’t won the Super Bowl in 16 years, so they need a boost for an offense that disappointed last season with Russell Wilson and Justin Fields. As a result, several moves could be on the way.

Who recently signed with the Steelers?

Scotty Miller (WR), DK Metcalf (WR), Darius Slay (CB), Brandin Echols (CB), Kenneth Gainwell (RB), Mason Rudolph (QB) and Malik Harrison (LB) have recently signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers in free agency.

However, the key move has yet to happen. The Steelers still don’t have a starting quarterback, and all their hopes are pinned on the offer they’ve made to Aaron Rodgers.
