When you've won six Super Bowl rings as a starter and multiple Super Bowl MVPs, as well as broken countless NFL records, you could argue that you have nothing to prove. Then again, Tom Brady doesn't feel that way.

Brady is perhaps the most accommplished football player of all time. Moreover, he's deemed as one of the greatest quarterbacks in the history of the game, so it's not like he's won his Vince Lombardi trophies just by chance.

Nonetheless, it seems like his haters are still his biggest source of motivation, as he recently revealed that he was still driven by criticism during his first year with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Tom Brady Says He Was Still Motivated By His Haters Last Year

“I was always kind of motivated by people that say ‘you can’t do it, you’re not good enough, you’re not fast enough, not big enough, don’t have a good enough arm'. I’ve had a body of work over a period of time, so you know, you just say, hey, quickly you forget. I think that’s a great part about football. It’s not really about what you did last year, it’s kind of what you’re going to do this year, so for me, it was what I was going to do for the Bucs last year. I still feel that way," Brady told Michael Strahan of Good Morning America in an interview.

Well, it's pretty obvious that Brady did a hell of a job of silencing his doubters and those who called him a system quarterback. He led a team that had missed the playoffs one year earlier all the way to the Super Bowl, while the New England Patriots didn't even make the postseason.

Hopefully, this time people will know better than to call out or doubt Tom Brady once and for all. When his haters finally start acknowledging his greatness then maybe, just maybe he'll be ready to call it quits.
