The 33-year-old Argentine superstar will remain the first option for the captainās armband. He is followed bySergio Busquets, Gerard Pique, and Sergio Roberto who will all act asvice-captains for the third season in a row.
Messi has been captaining his country since 2011 and Barca since 2018. After the exit of Andres Iniesta, Leo was awarded the chance to become his sideās leader.
