The Italian giants not only have failed to win the league title for the first time in ten years butalso struggled to book a place in the next UEFA Champions League, finishing fourth in a dramatic season finale. Once again, they’ve suffered an early European exit and not even Coppa Italia success was enough to strengthen Pirlo.

Cristiano has been reportedly unhappy after such a poor term for his team, even though his form continued to be great. The Portuguese superstar’s future might be far away from Turin, as he has already been linked with a potential return to Manchester United. Will Allegri’s arrival change his mind?

Cristiano Ronaldo believed to be looking for a change

The five-time Champions League winner shocked the soccer world when he decided to leave Real Madrid, ending an extremely successful nine-year spell, for Juve. His signing immediately turned the Italian kings into potential European champions, but they never lived up to those expectations.

Cristiano has scored 36 goals in 44 appearances this season, provinghe is still capable of delivering his bestregardless of his age. Massimiliano Allegri’s appointment, though, could play an important part in the forward’s decision about his future.

It seemed inevitable that Pirlo was going to be sacked after Juve looked far from the dominant side it has been over the last years, but with anew manager that has already succeeded with the Old Lady, glory days seem to be closer. Allegri even led Juventus to the 2015 Champions League Final. With him at the helm again, Cristiano mightreconsider giving one more shot to Juve and at least playing the last year in his contract.
