The 36-year-old has kept displaying impressive performances in Italy, but the lack of good continental results saw him far from taking part in the big UCL nights he was looking forward to.
The world-class goalscoreris under contract until next year, but he reportedly intends to leave in the upcoming transfer window. According to TransferMarkt, his market value is $55 million. A return to Los Blancos has already been disclaimed by the Spanish club, but the Red Devils wouldn’t refuse to have him back.
