Head coach Dan Hurley of the Connecticut Huskies.
āUros is a guy we liked on film,ā Hurley said, per UConn menās basketball portal. āHeās got a ton of experience as a 22-year-old; heās been a starter professionally in the top division in Serbia, a guard whoās pretty good with the ball, can shoot and pass, and plays with real emotion on the floor. Weāre looking forward to having him join the Huskies.ā
Paunovic joins the likes of Braylon Mullins, Eric Reibe, Jacob Furphy, Jacob Ross, and Rrezon Elezaj. Itāll be quite interesting to watch his journey and how he adapts.
