The Atlanta Braves continue to be undefeated in the postseason with an impressive 7-0 mark after sweeping both the Cincinnati Reds and Miami Marlins and handing the Los Angeles Dodgers back-to-back losses to start the NLCS.

Atlanta Braves vs Los Angeles Dodgers: Storylines

The Los Angeles Dodgers were forced to scratch southpaw star Clayton Kershaw from yesterday’s start due to back spasms and the Braves sure made the most of that last-second change by beating them 8-7.

The Dodgers put together a huge rally in the bottom of the ninth but were unable to tie the game thanks to a solo homer by Ozzie Albies. At least, it looks like their offense finally woke up after a subpar performance in Game 1.

The Atlanta Braves just can’t seem to stop hitting dingers and making a fool out of opposing pitchers, regardless of who’s on the mound or what’s throwing at them, with Freddie Freeman proving again that he’s the MVP.

Ozzie Albies, Travis d’Arnaud, and Ronald Acuña Jr are also red-hot and the Braves look like the strongest team in all baseball right now by a long stretch, so it’ll be a tough task for Julio Urías when he takes the mound on Wednesday night, for sure.
