Let’s not fool ourselves here. 2 out of 3 Major League Baseball fans hate the Houston Astros. Their cheating scandal in 2017 hasn’t gone away and chances are that we may never forget about it.

For those who lack the context or were living under a rock for the past couple of years, the Astros were found guilty of using an elaborate sign-stealing scheme on the way to their 2017 World Series title.

Needless to say, the Los Angeles Dodgers and its fans feel like they were robbed of a legit chance to win the title back then. So the Astros and its players became the number 1 public enemy in L.A.

That’s why the fans wanted to ignite this newly-brewed rivalryand started pissing on Astros players’ baseball cards, according to Jerry Reynoso; a fan at Dodgers stadium who shared the pictures on social media:

“They got Astros baseball cards in every urinal here at #DODGERS stadium, and everyone is just pissing on them.I love LA (…)There were so many people lining up for the Altuve urinal,”the fan reported.

The Astros got a free pass last season due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Fans weren’t able to attend games for most of the year so there weren’t many jeers, boos, and curses going their way.

But no one has forgotten about that infamous scandal, and certainly not Dodgers fans. They have every right and reason to hate the Astros’ guts until the end of time, so this might as well become a new tradition.

Dodgers and Astros are two of the biggest powerhouses in baseball this year again and there’s a chance that we’ll get to see them at the World Series. We can’t wait to see what Dodgers fans will come up with if that happens.
