Last night, not only the music industry but even the sports community and show business as a whole came together to send their best wishes to Andre Romelle Young, better known as Dr. Dre, who reportedly suffered a brain aneurysm.

The Compton native and Hip-Hop legend was rushed to the ICU of Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles and the news went viral the very next second TMZ reported it, with countless athletes and personalities sending out their prayers and best wishes.

Needless to say, it didn't take long before Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James joined the pack. As a matter of fact, the 4-time NBA Champion took to Instagram to share a nice couple of pictures together.

LeBron James Sends His Prayers About Dr. Dre's Brain Aneurysm

"Praying for you my brother," James captioned the post. It's also worth noting that Dr. Dre and LeBron James hold a close friendship and an interesting business relationship, as The King holds a 1% equity in 'Beats by Dre' and has been one of the biggest endorsements of the brand since day one.

Dr. Dre Posts Health Update On Instagram

Fortunately, it seems like Dr. Dre is now doing well and is expected to make a full recovery. Rapper LL Cool J broke the news on Twitter before Dre himself posted an encouraging update on social media.

"Thanks to my family, friends and fans for their interest and well wishes. I’m doing great and getting excellent care from my medical team," the rapper, producer, and businessman wrote, presumably via a spokesman from his PR team, on Instagram.

Hopefully, this will all be a scare and Dr. Dre won't join the seemingly endless list of artists and celebrities taken away from us too soon, especially coming off such a difficult year for most people around the world.
