It's not unusual to see NBA players switching teams nowadays. That trend of teaming up with multiple superstars and create a video game-like squad has been on for a decade now, and it's not likely to change any time soon.

The last star to change teams to join other top-notch players was James Harden. He grew sick and tired of losing in the playoffs with the Houston Rockets so he decided to team up with Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant in the Brooklyn Nets.

That's why multiple people expected fans to give him a not-so-warm welcome when he made his way back to the Toyota Center in his first game back to town after that infamous blockbuster trade.

Rocket Fans Boo Harden, Say Harden Quitted On The Team

The fans, as usual, didn't disappoint the slightest. As soon as Harden showed up, the 4,000-ish fans in attendance started booing him to let him know that they won't forget the way he forced his way out of the team.

Another fan took it up a notch and yelled 'You suck! You quit here!', reportedly catching Harden's attention. The superstar, however, didn't respond and just took it to the chin without further comments.

It was business as usual for Harden in Houston, tho, as he was the best player on the court with 29 points, 10 rebounds, 14 assists, 3 steals, 1 block, and 4 three-pointers en route to a 132-114 win.

There's nothing wrong with wanting what's best for your career or even wanting to play elsewhere but the way Harden treated his teammates and the organization really left a lot to be desired.
