The Miami Heat have gotten to a slow start of the 2020/21 NBA season. That was somewhat expectable considering they're coming off the shortest offseason in major sports history, with just 71 days between Game 6 of the NBA Finals and the start of this campaign.

To make things even worst, their superstar and leader Jimmy Butler has been dealing with injuries, so he wasn't available to face off vs. Giannis Antetokounmpo and the revamped Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night.

The Bucks hit the ground running as soon as the ball went up and never took their feet off the gas, hanging on to an 83-51 halftime lead en route to a humiliating 144-97 road victory over the very same team that knocked them out of last year's playoffs.

Miami Heat Tyler Herro Says The Milwaukee Bucks Wanted To Embarrass Them

That's why rising star Tyler Herro had no choice but to take his hat off to Mike Budenholzer's team, as it was clear that they were on a mission and wanted to get back at them from the postseason:

"They definitely came to Miami with a purpose, and that was to make us feel embarrassed," Herro said.

At least, the Kentucky product has nothing to be embarrassed about even after his team's humiliating loss, as he was the Miami Heat's leading scorer with 23 points on 9/16 shooting and 3/8 from beyond the arc.

The Milwaukee Bucks hit a franchise-record 29 three-pointers in last night's win but they won't have much time to celebrate, as they'll face off again tonight, hopefully, with Jimmy Butler ready to go for the home team.

Both teams know that they have a lot to prove this season after falling short of their goal last year, so we can definitely expect Erik Spoesltra's team to bounce back after such a major beating.
