Other than Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady, Deshaun Watson is the hottest name in the NFL right now, as the Houston Texans quarterback has been linked with a move away from NRG Stadium from a couple of weeks now.

The 25-year-old is one of the top players in his position in the league and almost every team in the league would love to have him on the roster. However, ones seem to be closer to landing the player than others and the Denver Broncos have been heavily linked to the man in recent hours.

Moreover, Kareem Jackson, a former teammate of Watson, revealed he would love to have the quarterback in Denver but he’s not the only one showing the same sentiment as one of the best young wide receivers in the league has also chimed in on this situation.

Jerry Jeudy says it would be “exciting” to play with Deshaun Watson

Jerry Jeudy just finished his first season in the league, where the struggling Broncos couldn’t get the job done and now they’re trying to improve their level. One of the positions they need to bolster is the quarterback and Deshaun appears to be a very good option for them.

“It would be exciting to have Deshaun Watson there” in Denver, Jeudy told ESPN radio. “You know he’s a great quarterback. He’s had a great career at Houston. We are looking forward to a decision.”

Right now, the Broncos QB position belongs to Drew Lock, a player that was reportedly offered to the Detroit Lions in exchange for Matthew Stafford. In the end, the Los Angeles Rams won that trade but Jeudy also talked about that, saying Lock is a great quarterback but this isn’t a situation he should be talking about.

“That’s not in my situation to be handling, but I feel like Drew is a great quarterback.”

“As of right now, I ain’t hear nothing but that he is my quarterback and I’m ready for next season so we can do better and be better than we were last year,” added Jeudy.

Watson is a very exciting player and whoever he goes this offseason, that team will become instant contenders. The Broncos might be one of his potential destinations and they could make great use of a player like Watson.
