Jalen Ramsey may not continue with the Miami Dolphins for the 2025 NFL season. However, the cornerback doesn’t want to be traded just anywhere, as he reportedly has two preferred destinations if he leaves the team.

One of the most talked-about topics in Miami this offseason has been the uncertain future of Jalen Ramsey. The veteran cornerback has not fully lived up to expectations since joining the Dolphins, and the team may already be planning to move on.

Amid growing speculation about a potential trade, Ramsey is said to be evaluating possible landing spots. Now, reports have revealed the two teams he would most like to join.

Rumors have been swirling about what’s next for Jalen Ramsey. While he remains a capable and experienced defensive back, his time in Miami hasn’t met the high expectations that followed his arrival.

According to reports, the Dolphins are actively exploring trade options. But finding a deal has proven difficult—not only because of their asking price, but also because Ramsey reportedly wants control over his next destination.

He’s made it clear: he’s not open to joining just any team. The former All-Pro wants to play for a contender with postseason potential and in a location where he feels comfortable.

That’s why, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Ramsey has identified two preferred destinations on the West Coast: the Los Angeles Rams and the Los Angeles Chargers.

Both teams have been linked to Ramsey in recent months, reportedly monitoring his situation. However, no official offer has been made yet. With the 2025 season approaching quickly, interested teams may need to act fast if they want the cornerback ready for Week 1.
