The Los Angeles Rams are one of those teams that, if they have a quarterback like Matthew Stafford healthy, the sky is the limit. If they don’t have him, the expectations go way lower. Sean McVay knows that, and the head coach is happy to share the latest news.

He’s taken full practice loads every single day,” McVay said in a press conference. “He’s been a 100 percent participant in everything we’ve done this week. That makes me feel good. I thought he’s done an awesome job. Guys have gotten better and I think it’s important to be able to establish that rapport with the guys you’re gonna be playing with on September 7.” Massive news for Rams fans.

Stafford, if healthy, is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. However, the back injury has made him struggle during the whole training camp. At 37 years old, it seems like he will be able to suit up for the Rams. While McVay didn’t confirm Stafford for Week 1, it seems likely.

McVay is keen on winning another ring

Last year, the Super Bowl champions Philadelphia Eagles were very dominant throughout the whole playoffs. However, if there was one team that threaten them was the Rams with McVay. This gives the team absolute trust in what they can achieve.

Plus, they got a huge weapon by bringing wideout Davante Adams to the team. McVay will do wonders with Adams. With how Adams runs routes and how good his release is, McVay will designing plays to exploit Adams. Stafford is the right guy to handle that offense and get Adams going.
