Manchester United and Barcelona drew 2-2 at the Camp Nou for the first leg of their 2022-2023 Europa League’s matchup knockout round play-off. It was a tough match, with both teams showing their strengths and coming back and forth.
Marc André Ter Stegen saved a clear shot by Marcus Rashford in the first half and Marcos Alonso scored the first goal of the night at the start of the second. However, Rashford, again, appeared to put the 1-1 on the score.
From then on, United seemed to be closer to victory and an own goal by Jules Koundé put them ahead. However, Raphinha, helped by Robert Lewandowski’s movements in the zone, made the equalizer.
