The 2021 CONCACAF Champions League is the 13th edition under its present name and the 56th tournament organized by CONCACAF, North America's, Central America's, and the Caribbean's main governing body.

Because of the coronavirus pandemic, instead of starting in February, the tournament began in April and will end in October. The 2021 CONCACAF Champions League Final will be a single-leg game, and it will be hosted by the finalist with the best overall performance.

The CONCACAF Champions League winners will qualify for the 2021 FIFA World Cup in Japan. Tigres UANL are the title winners, but they have not qualified and cannot defend their titles in this year's competition.
