The United States national team is the winner of Group B after defeating Canada 1-0 in Matchday 3 of the Gold Cup 2021 group stage. A lone goal from Shaq Moore was enough for The Stars and The Stripes to reclaim the three points.

The USMNT struck first when Shaq Moore scored only 30 seconds into the match. However, not everything was good news for the Americans, as Walker Zimmerman had to leave the pitch after a collision with Richie Laryea.
