The NFL Network reporter said that at least a third of the league contacted the 2014 Super Bowl champions.</p>
<p><em>“The Seahawks are staying quiet, but internally they got the message. <p>Wilson and his camp are reportedly frustrated at the Seahawks’ inability to protect him, as he’s been sacked <strong>nearly 400 times during his 9 seasons i</strong>n the league and that could take a toll not only on his career but also on his life.</p>
<p>And, while the Seahawks understand his concerns and would love to address that situation, the fact that Wilson went on record to voice his frustration has made their relationship<strong> reach a complicated point.</strong></p>
<h2>Seattle Seahawks’ Management Is Unhappy With Russell Wilson</h2>
<p><em>“A source told me that the Seahawks’ management is not happy with Russell Wilson and his camp for taking this to the media. You wonder if they’re going to be able to co-exist. (…) <strong>The current situation is not sustainable.</strong> That’s what I was told,”</em> <strong>Dan Patrick r</strong>eported on his show, as quoted by <strong>Pro Football Talk.</strong></p>
<h2>Wilson Says He’s Frustrated At The Seahawks</h2>
<p>Wilson has been all over the news lately and has made some strong statements over his feelings towards the Seahawks, claiming that he’s done getting hit and even saying he doesn’t know<strong> whether he’s available in trade talks or not:</strong></p>

<p>Needless to say, there would be at least half-a-dozen teams waiting in line hoping to trade for one of the best quarterbacks in the league, so we’ll have to wait and see how this situation unfolds <strong>as we enter the offseason.</strong></p>

<p>Wilson has often expressed his love for Seattle fans and his desire to stay with the team until his retirement. Then again, that could change pretty soon given the fact that he’s been sacked more times in 9 years<strong> than every other quarterback in NFL history.</strong></p>

<p>It seems like Wilson’s frustration at the team’s inability to protect him has reached an all-time high and he just can’t handle it anymore, as he said on a video call, according to C<strong>urtis Crabtree of Pro Football Talk:</strong></p>

<p><em>“And I think ultimately I’m grateful for the time that I’ve been able to put in every day into the process, and I love this game. I came to play this game to win championships. So if you asked me about the trust factor of it all, I mean,<strong> I’ve always put my trust in the Seahawks and trying to do whatever it takes to win and hopefully that will continue.</strong> I think that’s a key part and so I think part of that is how we go about the protection part of it and figuring those little things out like that. <p>Russell also admitted that he’s not as<strong> involved in the personnel decisions</strong> as he would like to be or as other elite quarterbacks in the league are, which is clearly another sign of discontent towards the team.</p>

<p>Wilson had to carry the load for the Seahawks for most of the season until the defense finally caught up towards the final passage of the campaign. Still, he’s just not satisfied <strong>with the way things unfolded:</strong></p>
<p><strong><em>“At the end of the day, you want to win,”</em></strong> Wilson said. “<em>You play this game every day to wake up to win. You play this game to be the best in the world. You know what I hate? I hate sitting there watching other guys play the game,</em>” he concluded.</p>
<p>Judging by his words, it seems like Wilson is really livid right now. Maybe we shouldn’t read much into it and he’s just trying to force the Seahawks’ hand to make some moves. Or maybe <strong>his time in Seattle is coming to an end.</strong></p>
