As such, the Iowa legend has become the measuring stick for other talented hoopers making a name for themselves in the college basketball scene. She has become the new standard.

With that in mind, Stephanie Kaloi of FanSided pointed out that Notre Dame star Hannah Hidalgo has already done something that Clark never did: Lead the nation in steals.

Of course, Hidalgo’s journey is just getting started. Some believe she might be ready to play in the WNBA right away, but eligibility rules will prevent her from doing so.
