LeBron James faced his first team in the NBA, Cleveland Cavaliers, at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, which was Bron’s house for 13 years, shared in two separate stints. The King returned to the arena for the first time in over two years and he went off.

The Los AngelesLakers surpassed the Cavaliers with a 115-108 final result that included the 4x NBA champion dropping a season-high 46 points over his former team, including 21 in the 4th quarter to seal the deal for the purple and gold.

When asked about what motivated him to go off and outscore the Cavs, 21-19, in the last quarter, the 36-year-old revealed that somebody from Cleveland’s front office was celebrating when he missed shots at the end of the third quarter and that was it for him.

What really led LeBron James to drop 21 points on the Cavaliers in the 4th quarter

Just like his idol Michael Jordan, LeBron James took things personally and dominated the Cavs, who won back-to-back games against the Big 3 Brooklyn Nets last week. Well, that wasn’t going to happen to the 2020 FMVP, who dominated Colin Sexton and co. with a great performance.

Everybody was wondering what really happened for LeBron that night and one video surfaced showing what really happened. When Bron was driving to the basket, he missed his shot and one man started clapping very effusively, sparking something inside the player.

He later explained this person was the reason behind his 21-point performance in the 4th quarter. James said he knew the guy and that only made things worse for the Cavs, who couldn’t do anything against the one man that gave them their first and only NBA championship.
