The San Francisco 49ers gave the Los Angeles Rams their second loss of the NFL 2019/20 season on Sunday night, beating Sean McVay’s team 24-16 at Levi’s Stadium. One of the biggest stories of the night was wide receiver Deebo Samuel of San Francisco. Samuel scored one TD while racking up 66 yards in six receptions.

It was a good game for the WR but not everybody thought that way. Rams DT Aaron Donald was very disrespectful of the young player following the game, as one reporter asked him about game-planning against the versatile Samuel.

Donald couldn’t be more disrespectful and asked the reporter who he was talking about.

“Who?” Donald asked.

“Uh, Deebo Samuel,” the reporter said again

“Who’s that,” Donald said as he just didn’t see the player running and scoring a couple of minutes before.

That was a big show of disrespect by the 2x NFL Defensive Player of the Year, but Deebo isn’t somebody who is going to keep his mouth shut after these comments.

Deebo Samuel responds to Donald reminding him of the record he has against Los Angeles.

A couple of hours after Donald’s words and the video that went viral, Samuel took to Instagram to respond to the defensive tackle.

“Ion think you hear me yet,” Samuel said on Monday, followed by, “3-0 against rams.”

Donald didn’t have the best game, as he was dominated by 49ers guard Daniel Brunskill for a big part of the game, so Deebo could have used that in his favor with his response to Donald.

Still, he made a good comeback and this is probably the beginning of a big rivalry in the NFC West. These teams are expected to fight to see who is going to join the Seattle Seahawks in the playoffs and this is the type of competitiveness we want.
