Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys are in a very complicated situation. The team hasn’t won the Super Bowl in almost three decades, and the NFC East is already one of the toughest divisions in the league with the Eagles and the Commanders.

Furthermore, the franchise is going through a period of change following the departure of Mike McCarthy and the appointment of Brian Schottenheimer as the new head coach. Although he has spent 25 years in the NFL, this is his first major opportunity, and he arrives under maximum pressure.

Dak Prescott, CeeDee Lamb, and Micah Parsons are three cornerstones on which a strong project can be built. However, last season proved that they need a better supporting cast. For that reason, the 2025 Draft could bring a big surprise for the Cowboys.

Who will the Cowboys pick in the 2025 NFL Draft?

In what would be a completely unexpected move, Mike Florio mentioned from the NFL Combine in Indianapolis that the Dallas Cowboys have reportedly spoken with the Tennessee Titans about a blockbuster trade for the No. 1 pick. This all happened during an interview with 105.3 The Fan.

“You hear all sorts of stuff. And I don’t like to traffic in stuff I’ve heard because I don’t know how accurate it is. But I did have somebody tell me that the Cowboys have talked to the Titans about moving up to number one. Now I think a lot of teams talk about moving around and I don’t know if you guys have heard that. But that’s a jump and I don’t know what you would have to put into that or whether you’d have to put Micah Parsons into that package if it would go that way. But teams talk all the time. They talk all the time.”
