Deshaun Watson and his saga with the Houston Texans is still an ongoing topic around the NFL. The player doesn’t want to stay with the team after he grew frustrated with the way things were handled within the organization and now is trying to force his way out.

The team, and their GM, have stated repeatedly they don’t have any intention of dealing the player but that could change soon as the 3x Pro-Bowler has reportedly identified his new destination in the league.

Watson is reportedly ready to make drastic decisions if he doesn’t get his wish granted this offseason and according to one of his former teammates, he’s set his eyes on a struggling team as his next one.

Deshaun Watson reportedly interested in joining Denver Broncos this offseason

According to Watson’s former teammate and current Broncos safety Kareem Brown, the young player, Deshaun doesn’t see with bad eyes flying to Denver this offseason and the team would be more than happy to receive him.

“I had a couple of conversations with him,” Jackson told TMZ of Watson. “Just with him saying that Denver is a place that’s he’s interested in landing.”

After Watson’s magical individual 2020/21 season, Jackson is convinced he can make an instant impact on any team and if they build the right team for him, Deshaun is ready to win it all in the NFL.

“I mean, if Deshaun Watson goes anywhere, they are automatically contenders,” Jackson said. “If he has pieces around him, he’s an automatic contender.”

This kid has been the heart and soul of the Texans since he landed here from the University of Clemson. He has been advised to let the team handle the situation but as things stand now, that is just not going to happen.

If the Broncos manage to land him, they will have a big chance to compete, as long as they build the right team for the 25-year-old. Moreover, we would get to see him going against Pat Mahomes at least twice every season.
