Miguel Gomez enters the box completely alone and meets a great cross, but he heads the ball into the ground instead of toward Cruz Azul’s goal, and his attempt goes completely off target.

Carlos Rodriguez sends a terrific cross into the box that finds Marquez, but the midfielder doesn’t connect properly and Rangel prevents the ball from going into his net.

Rotondi carries the ball all the way from midfield to Chivas' box and shoots, but Luis Romo gets in the way and sends it out for a corner.
