Chile will face the Copa America 2021 with the illusion of achieving the success they obtained in 2015 and 2016, when they beat Argentina in back to back finals. However, Martin Lasarte’s team hasn’t had the best run in their preparation for the tournament.

Chile has drawn their last two games in the World Cup Qualifiers. And both were against rivals in their group. La Roja will travel to Brazil trying to regain the consistency that showed in other years to, at least, reach the semifinals, as they did in 2019.

Chile was grouped with Argentina, Bolivia, Uruguay and Paraguay. They will play in the cities of Rio de Janeiro, Goiânia, Cuiabá and Brasilia. It certainly won’t be an easy group, but La Roja shouldn’t have problems to reach the quarterfinals. Check out Chile’s schedule in Copa America 2021.

Chile vs Argentina – June 14

The second day of the Copa America will open with a thrilling game between Chile and Argentina. The matches between these two national teams are always tight, as their last draw proves. They will play at the Olímpico Nilton Santos in Rio de Janeiro 5:00 PM (ET).

Chile vs Bolivia – June 18

Their second game will be against Bolivia at the Arena Pantanal in the city of Cuiabá at 5:00 PM (ET). These two national teams came from a draw in the Conmebol World Cup Qualifiers 2022. This is an important match for both sides regarding the classification.

Chile vs Uruguay – June 21

Again, Chile will show up at the Arena Pantanal for Matchday 3. But this time they will face Uruguay at 5:00 PM (ET). The last time they faced each other was for the World Cup Qualifiers, and Uruguay beat Chile 2-1 in Montevideo.

Chile vs Paraguay – June 24

Chile and Paraguay will close Matchday 4 at the Estadio Nacional de Brasilia at 8:00 PM (ET). They haven’t faced each other since 2017, when Paraguay beat Chile 3-0 at Santiago for the World Cup Qualifiers 2018.
