“By bringing together voices from the Americas, Africa and the Middle East, this song symbolises how music – and football – can unite the world,” said FIFA Chief Commercial Officer Kay Madati. “As part of FIFA’s revamped music strategy, the multi-song soundtrack will bring passionate fans closer to the spirit of the FIFA World Cup like never before.”

Qatar 2022: Who Wrote Hayya Hayya?
The official song for the 2022 Qatar FIFA World Cup was written by Trinidad Cardona, a 22-year-old Arizona native of Mexican and Puerto Rican descent who burstinto the music scene with her single ‘Jennifer’.
She’s joined by Davido, aUS-born songwriter and producer raised in Laos, Nigeria known for his big hitsDon Jazzy, 2 Face idibia and Wande Coal. He’s considered the biggest rising star in Nigeria’s music scene right now.
Last, but not least, we also find Aisha, a local artist from Qatar that has already been featured in several U.N. events and the Doha Festival City opening ceremony.
