Even though he’s accomplished more than 99.9% of every single NBA player in the history of the game, LeBron James has been constantly criticized, doubted, and compared to other former greats of the league.

And, while he didn’t want to address those kinds of things earlier in his career as he hoped the doubting will someday come to an end after reaching countless milestones, that no longer seems to be the case.

James said that he “wants his damn respect” after winning his fourth Finals MVP award and is clearly sick and tired of the comparisons and criticism, as he’s been daring and calling out his haters since the start of the season.

So, now that he’s wrapped his hands around the Larry O’Brien and the Bill Russell Finals MVP awards for the fourth time in his career, The King took it to Instagram to ask his haters what are they going to say about him now.

“UP IN (smoke) TOUR. WHAT THEY GONE SAY NOW?!?! I know they’ll make up another criteria that nobody else has ever had in the history of the game. But Guess what though, bring it on please!! Heavy is the head that holds the (crown) they say. Let’s get it! #ThekidfromAKRON #RevengeSZNCompleted,” the post read.

Pundits and fans questioned whether LeBron could lead a team to success in the Western Conference after dominating the weaker Eastern Conference for 15 years. Well, I guess the answer is pretty obvious now.

And perhaps the best part of this year’s epic Championship run is the fact that James still looks physically ready to endure another couple of seasons at the highest level and add even more silverware to his collection. So yeah, what are they going to say now?
