It’s not a secret that LeBron James is one of the most popular people on earth. Then again, with all that popularity, you knowthat more than just a few people won’t exactly like you or care for you, especially when you visit other arenas. That despise from some of his haterswas once again in full display when the NBA superstar traveled to Georgia to take part in the game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Atlanta Hawks a couple of days ago.
James got into it with a couple of fans midway intothe fourth quarter. The fans – who were sitting courtside – started yelling at the forward, thus forcing the referees to pause the game while security got the situation under control.
Notably, though, a lady started going at LeBron and cussing him out in a non-so classy manner, earning the nickname ‘Courtside Karen’ and going viral in the blink of an eye for his hilarious antics.
Juliana Carlos, the heckler, claimed that LeBron James went at his husband first and called him a b*tch. That’s why she stood up for her man and called The King out, claiming that ‘she would f*ck him up’.
LeBron James Told Heckling Fans To Shut Up
And now that a couple of hours have gone by since the incident, the guys from The Athletic took the time to actually read LeBron James’ lips and see what he told the hecklers that got them so angry:
“It was the husband first. Shut up. Ranky ass. Shut the f*ck up. Ol’ steoird ass ni**a never shut the f*ck up,” LeBron apparently said.
As per the footage, it seems like it was the fan who started the altercation. Moreover, that fan – called Charly ‘Daddy’ Carlos happens to be a huge Trump supporter and a diehard LeBron James hater, according to his posts on Instagram.
It’s not the first time that Carlos sits courtside to watch LeBron James play vs. his beloved Atlanta Hawks, so perhaps this was an accident waiting to happen. Gladly for him, the league and the franchise won’t pursue any actions towards them or ban them from attending their games.
