Antonio Brown is about to stop being a free agent after he reached an agreement with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to join an already-powerful team. Brown’s last team in the NFL was the New England Patriots, who cut him after 11 days on the roster.
The Patriots were the third team to cut him in 2019, showing how bad he was perceived around the NFL during that time. No wonder why fans went crazy on Twitter after his return to the league was announced. He was sending cryptic messages during the past and the current NFL season, hinting at a possible return before denying everything.
Well, he’s finally back and the fans didn’t hide their excitement, disappointment and surprise to see Brown finding his way back to the league after retiring, returning, and then retiring again. Life was a rollercoaster for Brown in the last 12 months. Hopefully, this is the time he settles and sets a good example for everybody.
Update: Antonio Brown and the Buccaneers have reached agreement on a one-year deal, per sources.
Language still has to be finalized, COVID protocols passed, but Brown is likely to make his Bucs’ debut in Week 9 against the Saints.

They also started talking about Tom Brady, stating that he has no excuses to not win the SuperBowl this year. Tampa Bay have one of the best offensive weapons in the league and Brady must take the most advantage of it.
Brown lands in a team with Mike Evans and Chris Goodwin as wide receivers, LeSean McCoy and Leonard Fournette in the backfield and Rob Gronkowski as the tight end. That is definitely something. The Bucs found the last piece to complete their puzzle and if everything goes well for them, there are big chances we’ll see them celebrating the SuperBowl victory at their own stadium.
