NFL Insider states that Aaron Rodgers may have chosen a decision on his future with Mike Tomlin’s Steelers

The Aaron Rodgers saga with the Pittsburgh Steelers continues to add chapters. With uncertainty surrounding the future of the former Super Bowl champion, NFL Insider Ian Rapoport offered a key statement concerning Mike Tomlin‘s team.

During a recent appearance on The Pat McAfee Show, Rapoport was clear in stating that the Steelers remain highly confident that Rodgers will join their franchise, and that it’s only a matter of time before it eventually happens.

“The Steelers are confident and they think that Aaron Rodgers will be in Pittsburgh.. I think that he will be a member of the Steelers,” the insider firmly stated.

Although Mike Tomlin already has a new QB to work with for the upcoming season after selecting Will Howard in the latest draft, the Steelers are still keeping their options open as they remain hopeful of adding the former Jets and Packers quarterback to their roster.

After several weeks of negotiations and meetings between both parties, could Aaron Rodgers’ potential arrival be the missing piece for the Steelers to once again make a Super Bowl run?
