The Final Round of the Concacaf World Cup Qualification for Qatar 2022 will continue on Sunday with an exciting Matchday 4. Panama and the USMNT will face each other in an exciting game at Estadio Rommel Fernandez.

Los Canaleros suffered their first defeat in the tournament at the hands of El Salvador on Thursday after an impressive, unbeaten start (W1 D2). Now, they'll face one of the main contenders to grab a World Cup spot.

The US national team will try to pick up where it left off. On Matchday 4, Gregg Berhalter's boys got the job done at home and defeated Jamaica 2-0 to go atop the competition's standings.

Panama confirmed lineup

Panama were upset by La Selecta last time out and coach Thomas Christiansen will try to turn things around. Andres Andrade, Cecilio Waterman, and Adalberto Carrasquilla are unavailable for this window, and he still had to figure out how to replace them.

Christiansen made a number of changes for this game as he'll try to see his team get a result against the USA. This is how Panama will line up: Mejía; Murillo, Escobar, Cummings, Davis; Quintero, Gondola, Godoy, Martinez; Blackburn, Barcenas.

USMNT confirmed lineup

Gregg Berhalter didn't face an encouraging outlook as Christian Pulisic and Gio Reyna were ruled out for this window but his side claimed the three points against Jamaica anyway. However, there was more bad news ahead of today's game.

"Antonee Robinson and Zack Steffen (quarantine restrictions), and Weston McKennie (quad soreness) will not travel to Panama and will instead head straight to Columbus to prepare for #USAvCRC on Oct. 13," the USMNT announced on Twitter.

This is how the USA will line up: Matt Turner; Shaq Moore, Walker Zimmerman, Mark McKenzie, George Bello; Yunus Musah, Sebastian Lletget, Kellyn Acosta; Paul Arriola, Gyasi Zardes, Tim Weah.
