Novak Djokovic will face Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in his third round at the tennis event in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. The Serbian, who is also playing in the mixed doubles, is looking for his first gold medal. Here, find out everything there’s to know about this match such as the preview, head to head, predictions, odds and how to watch it in the US.

The World No 1 is a man on a mission. Djokovic is in Tokyo aiming to become the first man and second tennis player after the legendary Steffi Graf to complete the “Golden Slam”, meaning winning the four Grand Slams and the Olympic gold medal in the same year. With Australia, Roland Garros and Wimbledon already in his pocket, the Serbian is halfway through his goal.

The player who will try to stop him is the 22 year-old Alejandro Davidovich of Spain, who is competing in his first Olympic Games. The Spaniard is ready to upset Djokovic, following the example of his compatriots Sara Sorribes and Paula Badosa, who already sent home favorites such as Ashleigh Barty and Iga Swiatek.
