<p>When asked what makes Edwards special, Towns pointed beyond physical talent. <em>“His want, his mind.<strong> I think his charisma and stuff is what gets people to lean in to hear what he has to say.</strong> But it’s his want to be great that keeps people in his ecosystem,”</em> Towns explained.</p>



<h2>Edwards’ continued growth</h2>



<p>Even though they no longer share a locker room, it’s evident that Towns’ mentorship has paid off. Edwards <strong>led the <a href="https://bolavip.com/en/nba">NBA</a> with 320 three-pointers during the 2024-25 season and finished third in Clutch Player of the Year</strong> voting while helping Minnesota reach the Western Conference Finals, where they ultimately fell to the Oklahoma City Thunder in five games.</p>

<p>The <strong>New York Knicks</strong> and <strong>Minnesota Timberwolves</strong> continue their preparations for the upcoming <strong><a href="https://bolavip.com/en/nba">NBA</a></strong> season with a preseason matchup tonight — and many fans are wondering whether <strong>Jalen Brunson</strong> and <strong>Anthony Edwards</strong> will be in action.</p>

<h2>Josh Hart doubtful for tonight’s game</h2>

<p>Adding to the concern, Brown admitted he isn’t sure whether Hart has fully recovered from his back issues, leaving open the possibility that he’ll miss another game. “<strong><em>I’m not sure if Hart’s back issue has fully cleared up</em></strong>,” Brown said.</p>



<p>As Andrew Crane of the New York Post reported, Brown plans to slightly increase the workload for his starters as the preseason winds down. If Hart remains sidelined, <strong>Mitchell Robinson</strong> could be part of the starting lineup in the Knicks’ season opener.</p>
