“I felt pretty good,” Beckham Jr. said, via Pro Football Network. “The old guy can still run. I felt good. I think I feel obviously a bit out of football shape, but just like everything else, it comes with repetition. So just being able to get out there and run around, I don’t think people understand how much of a joy that is to be able to not even stretch and I can go out there and just take off running. You know, it’s been a long journey with me and my career. So getting able to get out there has been great.”

Tyler Huntley was the quarterback who started against the Titans, making his debut with the Dolphins. However, the former Ravens player completed only 14 passes out of 22 attempts for 96 yards, with no touchdowns or interceptions.



“I have to look at the tape,” McDaniel said, via ESPN. “There was a tremendous disconnect between preparation and execution. So there was a multitude of contributors to it, I believe, but I have to check the tape out. Bottom line is it doesn’t matter what we’re doing behind the scenes. On the field that’s not even close to good enough, so you just have to go back to the drawing board and assess very critically.”

“There is so much speed on the outside, a couple of QB runs up the middle and stuff, get the defense to play honest,” he said. “There’s no way they could stick all of that speed at once.”



Huntley shared that he really likes the playbook of the Dolphins. “You got a lot of weapons out there,” the quarterback said. “You just got to go out there and play ball. . . . You get to throw to some weapons and then we’re going to score a lot of points. I’m ready to contribute.”
