The scary part is the fact that Mahomes even admitted that he didn’t know how to read a defense until last season, so he was doing most of his damage without actually being good at making adjustments on the line.
The Chiefs’ got off to slow starts more often than not last season but didn’t have any kind of problems bouncing back, as they even came back from behind multiple times in the playoffs and ended up demolishing their rivals.
