Josh Allen had a wonderful 2024 NFL season. It was so good, he ended up winning the MVP. However, the Buffalo Bills‘ OC Joe Brady says the quarterback is just scratching the surface of his potential. Instead of sitting on his laurels, Brady assures that Allen shows no signs of stalling.

In an interview with Maddy Glab of the Bills‘ website, Brady showered the MVP with compliments. “What I love about Josh is his demeanor, his approach, his mindset is as impressive as it gets,” Brady said about Allen. You don’t see a guy that just won the MVP last year. You feel a guy that’s hungry and is trying to figure out ways to get better and embracing his new teammates.”

While the Bills suffered changes on their WR corp, Brady will be back calling the plays on offense. Buffalo was unstoppable at times last season. Much of that firepower was thanks to Brady’s playcalling and Allen’s ability to make things happen. However, they weren’t able to get to the Super Bowl, which is this team’s biggest debt.

The Bills were a top 10 offense in both passing and total yardage. They somehow did it without having a 1,000-yard receiver. That speaks volumes of what Josh Allen had to do to make this team a Super Bowl contender. His best receiver was Khalil Shakir with 821 receiving yards.

On the other side, Allen also had to do plenty on the rushing side of the ball. While RB James Cook had a 1,000 yds and 16 TDs, the Wyoming product had 531 rushing yards and 12 TDs of his own.

Brady continued the interview saying that “there are elements of what we did last year that we obviously need to continue to sustain. But there are so many elements we’ve got to get better at.” Hinting at the possibility of trying new things, Brady knows that Allen has the ability to create magic moments.
