Shedeur Sanders is expected to be part of the Brownsā final roster ahead of Tuesdayās deadline, according to reports from Mike Garafolo and Mary Kay Cabot. Amid rumors around that possibility, the rookie spoke about whether he deserves to stay with the team for the 2025 season.
āObviously. I think overall, as a player, I feel like I put in the work. I feel like everything I do, I try to do it to my best and thatās all I can ask for. So, I feel like everybody feels like, you know, they should be on the team. If you ask anybody on the team, would they feel like they belong? They belong in their own eyes. So, I feel like I do, but, Iām my own player. I think about myself in high regard of course. Itās not my decision.ā
The Cleveland Browns have decided that Joe Flacco will be the teamās starting quarterback, but the question remains about the rest of the roster spots with Sanders, Kenny Pickett, and Dillon Gabriel.
