Aaron Rodgers is undoubtedly the most important quarterback available in free agency. According to multiple reports, his final decision is between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Giants after the Vikings informed him that they are not interested right now.

Due to his experience, Russell Wilson should be considered the second-best quarterback available. Pittsburgh and New York are options if Rodgers turns them down, but his strongest path is the Cleveland Browns.

In the third tier, there are two very interesting names who have already won the Super Bowl. Joe Flacco showed with the Browns and the Colts that he is a very reliable backup, and the other player in this category is Carson Wentz, who filled in for Patrick Mahomes last year with the Kansas City Chiefs.

What free agent quarterbacks are still available?

Aaron Rodgers and Russell Wilson are still available free agents, but there is a list of names that haven’t really been on the radar much. For example, Drew Lock, Trey Lance, Desmond Ridder, or Teddy Bridgewater.

However, the name that could shake up the market is Kirk Cousins. Although the player isn’t a free agent yet because the Falcons decided not to release him, the veteran seems to be on the trading block and could be the big name on the market after Aaron Rodgers.
