It was reported that Brady put a rule to Netflix to make this show happen: not to mention his family. However, it seems like not all the guests received the memo and they talked about this matter despite Tom’s request.

“The Greatest Roast of All Time” was the name of the show where several celebrities made fun of Tom Brady. However, they also included Gisele Bundchen in the conversation, and she’s not happy about it at all.
According to reports, Brady asked Netflix to instruct his guests not to discuss his family in the roast. This request was made before his divorce from Gisele Bundchen, so it was expected that she would be excluded from the jokes. However, she wasn’t.
Kevin Hart, the host of the show, was the first to talk about it. “Single life is what you deserve, because you got no choice,” Hart told Brady. “Gisele gave him an ultimatum, Gisele said ‘You retire or we’re done.’ Well, let me tell you something, when you have a chance to go 8-9 and all it will cost you is your wife and kids, you gotta do what the f— you got to do.”

These kind of jokes didn’t sit well on Bundchen. According to People.com, the model was “deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday evening’s roast show.”
