The Colorado Avalanche return back home to Mile High City, awaiting the Dallas Starsā€˜ visit to Ball Arena. Ahead of Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs First Round, what happens if the Avalanche lose, win or tie against the Stars?

The Avalanche has failed to build a fortress at Ball Arena, where they have otherwise been almost invincible all season long. The Stars have had no respect for the Avs’ home, kicking down the door and throwing their feet on the table. Colorado will vye to avenge their Game 5 loss, after being dismantled by Dallas during their latest visit to the Lone Star State, but it’s clear momentum appears to be in their opponent’s side.

Regardless, the Avalanche have enough firepower, confidence, and experience to flip the script and keep their head afloat as they navigate through turbulent waters, with their NHL season hanging on by a thread.
