Ecuador and Peru draw 2-2 in a high-intensity match of Copa America 2021. Ecuador had the early advantage, scored the first at the 24th minute of the first half and then made the second just before the break. But Peru didn’t give up and thanks to an inspired Gianluca Lapadula, equalized the score.

First La Tri went ahead in the first half with an own goal from Renato Tapia and a strike from Ayrton Preciado after a free kick. However, Peru didn’t stop fighting and managed to equal things in the second half with a goal from Gianluca Lapadula and another from Andre Carrillo.
