The South American 2022 World Cup Qualifiers will conclude the September international break with the final matchday of a triple-fixture. Uruguay host Ecuador today in a game that will be broadcast in the US by fuboTV.

La Celeste have finally got back to winning ways on Sunday when they put four past Bolivia at home. Now, they'll play their second straight game in Montevideo aiming to extend their victorious run.

La Tri, on the other hand, come from a goalless draw with Chile in Quito. Gustavo Alfaro's boys have been doing a great campaign so far but they'll have to prove what they're up to in the upcoming match.

Uruguay confirmed lineup

Without Luis Suarez and Edinson Cavani, the current international break was a strange one for Uruguay. But they got back on track by claiming their first win in four games.

Juventus' Rodrigo Bentancur was in doubt as he got hurt on Sunday but he made it to the starting eleven. Tabarez has also decided to start Matias Viña over Joaquin Pequerez at the right-back. This will be the Uruguay lineup: Fernando Muslera; Nahitan Nández, José María Giménez, Ronald Araujo, Matías Viña; Federico Valverde, Matías Vecino, Rodrigo Bentancur; Giorgian de Arrascaeta; Brian Rodríguez, Agustín Álvarez Martínez.

Ecuador confirmed starting 11

Ecuador got off to an impressive start on the road to Qatar 2022. But they know winning a couple of games isn't enough in a tough competition such as the South American World Cup Qualifiers.

Alfaro will have to deal with two big casualties for this game, as goalkeeper Hernan Galindez was ruled out after getting injured against Chile and Junior Sornoza saw the red card. Therefore, this is how Ecuador will line up: Pedro Ortiz; Byron Castillo, Luis Fernando León, Felix Torres, Piero Hincapie, Pervis Estupiñan; Fernando Gaibor, Carlos Gruezo, Moises Caicedo; Gonzalo Plata, Michael Estrada.
