If Chelsea win today, PSG will still qualify for the Champions League quarterfinals unless the English team wins by at least three goals. The French club leads the tie 5–2 on aggregate after the first leg in Paris, giving it a significant advantage.

For Chelsea to stay alive, the team must win by exactly three goals to level the aggregate score at 5–5 and force extra time. If the tie remains level after the additional 30 minutes, it would then be decided in a penalty shootout.
If the Blues manage to win by four goals or more, they would complete a dramatic comeback and eliminate PSG from the tournament. That would send them to the Champions League quarterfinals, where the winner of the Liverpool vs. Galatasaray tie awaits.
The deficit was created in the first leg when PSG scored three goals in the final 20 minutes, including a late brace from Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, turning a competitive match into a 5–2 victory at the Parc des Princes.
