World No. 7 and 2019 champion Bianca Andreescu will face No. 18 Maria Sakkari at Arthur Ashe Stadiumfor a place in the US Open 2021 quarterfinals. The Canadian and the Greek are showing a consistent level right now, so it promises to be a good tennis match. Here, find out everything there’s to know: information, predictions, odds and how to watch it in the US.

After her incredible run in 2019, when she became champion after defeating Serena Williams in the final, Andreescu has been struggling in the last couple of years with injuries that left her out of the tour for many months. However, when the Canadian is healthy, it’s really hard to stop her. To reach this round she beat Victoria Golubic, Lauren Davis and Greet Minnen.

However, her biggest test so far is going to be the Greek Maria Sakkari, who is coming into this match in Flushing Meadows after defeating the World No. 10 Petra Kvitova in two sets: 6-4, 6-3. That was her eighth Top 20 win of the season and she is in the fourth round for the second year in a row.
