The Baltimore Ravens were favored by a touchdown during their last trip to Foxborough to face the New England Patriots for Sunday Night Football but couldn’t get past the inclement weather and Bill Belichick’s defense.

The home team got a 23-17 win at home and the Ravens’ were once again exposed, as the Patriots were coming off struggling to beat the winless New York Jets in their Week 9 matchup.

Notably, this loss wasn’t entirely on the Ravens’ offense, as there were some tough conditions to throw the football, which isn’t Lamar Jackson’s biggest strength. Still, he was clearly frustrated when the media addressed him on the situation.

Lamar Jackson Says Ravens Are ‘Ticked Off’, Will Bounce Back Vs. Tennessee

“We’re ticked off. You know, don’t nobody like losing. Especially when we got a lot of talent in our team. We just got to regroup. Tuesday, we’re going to watch film on Tennessee and we’re going to build from there,” the MVP said.

The Louisville product didn’t want to read too much into that loss, though. He claimed that the team is looking to regroup and learn from their mistakes to bounce back vs. the Tennessee Titans on Sunday:

“We just going — you know, don’t pay back this loss no more,Jackson said. “It’s over with; we can’t do nothing about it. We get together, we’re going to talk some things over, see what we are going to adjust, scheme up the team we got next, and build, like I said before,” he concluded.

The Ravens are as good as they’re inconsistent. Jackson can’t seem to grow from his mistakes and improve as a passer, and they’ve also lacked an explosive offense who can get anything after the catch, which is going to hurt them in the playoffs when defenses dare Lamar to throw the football.
