In yet another shocking turn of events in this summer transfer window, Cristiano Ronaldo left Juventus to complete a long-awaited return to Manchester United. Shortly after the announcement, the soccer community is already looking forward to seeing CR7 making his 'second' debut at the Old Trafford.

Cristiano shone and rose to stardom during his first, six-year stint with the Red Devils between 2003-2009. He came in as a teenager and left to Real Madrid as one of the world's best.

Now, the Premier League will see a more experienced Ronaldo that is still eager for success. So it's a no-brainer that fans want to watch Cristiano Ronaldo make his first appearance in eleven years for Manchester United.

When will Cristiano Ronaldo play for Man United?

Even though the Red Devils announced Cristiano on Friday, August 27, there wasn't enough time for him to prepare properly for Sunday's affair with Wolves. Therefore, his second Premier League debut would come after the international break.

Following Portugal's games in the 2022 Qatar World Cup Qualifiers, Cristiano Ronaldo would be ready to suit up for Manchester United's home game against Newcastle on Saturday, September 11. Even United coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed he expects Ronaldo to be eligible by then.

Hopefully, Cristiano's second spell at Manchester United will begin that day. He would be received by a packed Old Trafford, where he enjoyed some of the greatest memories of his decorated career.
