Some top-ranked international and local players will be competing in the San Diego Open 2021, the first edition of this ATP 250 tournament. The event will be held at the Barnes Tennis Center in Point Loma.

It’s the first time ever that an event from the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) will be hosted in San Diego. The tournament will feature a 28-player singles draw and a 16-team doubles draw. Among them, there will be top 10 players.

After participating in the Laver Cup this weekend in Boston, world No. 5 Andrey Rublev, world No. 10 Casper Ruud, Denis Shapovalov (No. 12) and Felix Auger-Aliassime (No.11) will be competing in San Diego, where also will be three-time Grand Slam champion, Andy Murray.

The Barnes Tennis Center center court can hold 2,000 people, so it’s plenty of room for everyone interested in watching great tennis next week. The ticket prices vary according to the sessions (day or night) and the stage of the tournament.

For example, you can have ground access from 30$. The general admission tickets cost from $40 to $50 for the first rounds, and $55 for the final rounds.
