The CONCACAF Gold Cup 2021 rolls on with the final fixture of the Group Stage, to be played from Saturday, July 17 to Tuesday, July 20. These clashes pit four soccer teams from four groups against each other and some of them will have to say their goodbyes to the tournament. In one of those clashes, the USA will come against their neighbors Canada at the Children's Mercy Park in Kansas City, while in another one, Mexico clash with El Salvador at the Cotton Bowl in Dallas.

The Stars and Stripes currently sit in second place in Group B with six points in two games, while John Herdman’s players are placed right above them, on top of the Group B table with an equal record of six won after two rounds. On the other hand, there are Mexico who are second in Group A with four points so far, compared to the leader El Salvador's six in two rounds.

These two matchups will determine who gets to go into the Knockout Stage from the first position in both groups. This matchday provides an opportunity for the bettor to play around with parlays, picks in the over/under, or goalscorers. Here are some betting predictions to consider when placing a bet on these Gold Cup 2021 Group Stage Matchday 3 fixtures.

Both the USA and Canada enter this game with confidence as both have been unbeatable so far and are yet to draw or lose in the tournament. The US men's national soccer team managed an unconvincing 1-0 victory over Haiti in the opening round, only to absolutely trash Martinique 6-1 in the next game. Meanwhile, Canada are also yet to lose in the Gold Cup, having also celebrated two triumphs first two Group Stage games. The Reds have a record of two 4-1 wins, against Martinique and Haiti.

John Herdman’s boys are +430 underdogs, while the USMNT are at -140 to win this Sunday, and a tie grants a +220 payout. A tough battle is expected since Canada are on an eight-match winning run, but having everything in mind, betting that the matchup ends in a 2-1 win for the US, for example, is paying out +750. At $100, the bettor could earn $750. If you got to pick anyone to put the ball in the back of the net in this game look no further than Daryl Dike, as the odds of him opening the score of the game are set at +430.

Mexico and El Salvador are both certain to go into the next stage unless the Tricolor manage to lose with a great goal difference, and Trinidad and Tobago shockingly beat Guatemala with an equally huge difference. Mexico have a record of a draw and one win so far in the 2021 Gold Cup. They were surprisingly held to a 0-0 draw by Trinidad and Tobago in the opening round, but then they rehabilitated with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Guatemala. On the other hand, La Selecta are yet to lose in this year's edition of the competition, having beaten Guatemala and Trinidad and Tobago with an identical final result of 2-0 each.

In spite of the current Group A standings, Gerardo Martino's side are understandably seen as the heavy favorites, at -480, while the Salvadoran squad are at a whopping +1200 to qualify for the Quarter-Finals as first placed in their group. A wager on a draw, meanwhile, would mean a +440 payout. Considering the situation in this group, it seems very likely that both teams would be willing to save their best for the Quarters, so betting that the game ends in a 1-1 draw could be a sure bet, at +1100. At $100, the bettor could earn $1,100. If you got to pick anyone to put the ball in the back of the net in this game look no further than Rogelio Funes Mori, who is at +300 to be the first one to score.

Parlays for these two Gold Cup 2021 Group Stage Matchday 3 matchups

A solid parlay bet could be the following: The USMNT to beat Canada 2-1, Daryl Dike to score the first goal of the game; the Mexico and El Salvador clash to end in a 1-1 tie, and Rogelio Funes Mori to open the score in the matchup. At $100, the bettor could win up to $2,580.
