James Harden is the most famous name in the NBA in recent days after he requested a trade from the Houston Rockets, decided not to show up for the team’s practice and also missed the first two games of his squad in the NBA preseason.
Harden has earned plenty of criticism in recent times for his behavior and his attitude towards his team. He’s trying to send a message but nobody is happy with it. The Beard has been the ruler of the Rockets since he landed there; whatever he said, the Rockets did but that could be reaching its end.
NBA analyst Skip Bayless has given his two pennies on this situation, comparing James Harden to LeBron James, explaining that the Rockets guard hasn’t earned the right to make the calls within the Rockets organization like LeBron has done in every single franchise he’s been in in the NBA.

During a recent edition of FS1’s Undisputed, Bayless and Shannon Sharpe took some shots at Harden and his behavior, making it clear that he’s not LeBron James or a player of that status to be making the calls for his team.
The Rockets have given everything to Harden, they have done everything he says and that culture is backfiring at them now.
“LeBron has earned the right to dictate some off days and practice schedules. But, LeBron has paid that off by getting teams 10 NBA Finals, not 8 or 6 or 4, 10, and he won 4 out of 10. That’s payoff, that’s earning your right to have that power.”
“James Harden has gotten the Rockets, even though he has gotten them to 8 straight playoffs, he has gotten them to 0 NBA Finals. And he has obviously won 0 NBA Finals.”
Bayless saying nice things about LeBron James is actually incredible and something that you won’t see for at least 20 more years or something. The analyst has been the biggest hater of the King ever since he entered the league but, to make a point, he has delivered some good words for the 4x NBA champion.
