Two weeks into theNFL regular season can be enough to see how problems began to emerge especiallyfor those teams who struggle to get things going at the beginning. If not, just look at the New York Giants.

In the opening week of the 2021 season they were destroyed by the Denver Broncos and they suffered another frustrating result when the Washington Football Team claimed a late,30-29 victory.

That wouldn’t be the end of the deal, sadly. On Thursday night’s defeat, the team was involved in more drama as wide receiver Kenny Golladayhas supposedly shouted atquarterback Daniel Jones.

When things aren’t going in the right direction it’s when teams needs to be more united than ever. However, that’s not always the case – and it seemed like it wasn’t the Giants either.

Kenny Golladay, however, explained he wasn’t shouting at Daniel Jones in Thursday’s loss, but at offensive coordinator Jason Garrett. Although it may sound asthings are good with the starting quarterback, it’s still striking that he had an argument with the offensive coordinator.

“I’ve never done anything like that,” Golladay said, via NJ.com’s Zack Rosenblatt.“I’m really just passionate, it’s me being a competitor. I’ll do anything I can to help the team and I let the emotions get the best of me.

“That’s two competitive guys right there. It’s more so me just wanting to do anything I can. Not so much me getting the ball more,” he added. To make things clear, Golladay explained he and JG talked after the game and they’re fine.

Fortunately, it seems like there’s one less thing to worry about for the Giants so that they can fully focus on getting the job done in Week 3 against the Atlanta Falcons.
